Cancellation Policy
ALL COLOR SERVICES WILL REQUIRE A $50 DEPOSIT AT THE TIME OF SCHEDULING & APPLIED TO YOU SERVICE THE DAY OF. IF CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE IS NEEDED WE REQUIRE A 24HR NOTICE OR DEPOSIT IS LOST. IN THE CASE OF A NO SHOW YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO MAKE A 20$ NON TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT BEFORE GETTING RE-BOOKED WITH YOUR STYLIST.
WE UNDERSTAND THINGS COME UP AND WILL DO OUR VERY BEST TO ACCOMMODATE YOU. WE ASK FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING THAT OUR SERVICES ARE IN HIGH DEMAND AND VALUABLE AND COMMUNICATION HELPS ALL OF US TO BE SUCCESSFUL!

IN ORDER TO KEEP YOU AND OUR STAFF SAFE, WE ASK THAT IF YOU FEEL SICK/ HAVE A COUGH/ FEVER, OR HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO COVID-19 TO PLEASE STAY HOME.
CALL THE SALON AT LEAST 24HRS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT AND WE WILL RESCHEDULE/ CANCEL(ALL FEES WAIVED)
SAME DAY CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW ARE SUBJECT TO FEES
MASKS ARE REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES. WE ASK YOU TO WEAR A DISPOSABLE MASK IF RECEIVING A COLOR SERVICE.
NO EXTRA GUEST WILL BE ALLOWED WITH YOU TO YOUR APPOINTMENT IF NOT ON THE SCHEDULE.
ALL STAFF AND GUESTS WASH HANDS AND/ OR SANITIZE UPON ENTRY.
SALON IS SANITIZED BEFORE & AFTER EVERY GUEST, AND REGULARLY THROUGHOUT THE DAY. OUR TOP PRIORITY IS TO ENSURE WE DO OUR PART TO MAINTAIN A HEALTHY & SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR OUR STAFF AND EVERY GUEST WHO ENTERS.
